Meals
The Meals screen is your food log — a chronological list of everything you've logged for any given day. You can browse by date, search for specific meals, filter by calorie range or macro profile, and tap into any entry for a detailed nutrition breakdown.
Opening the Meals screen
Tap the cutlery icon (second tab) in the bottom navigation bar. The screen opens with today's meals listed. The header reads "All your meals at a glance."
Navigating by date
Below the header you'll see a date label with a calendar picker and back/forward arrows. Tap the arrows to move between days, or tap the date label to open the calendar and jump directly to any date.
Reading a meal card
Each meal is shown as a card with:
- 1 Flame icon + calories — the total kcal count for this meal, prominently displayed in red.
- 2 Meal name (bold).
- 3 Macro tiles — four tiles showing Protein, Carbs, Fat, and Fiber with their values in red.
- 4 Meal Details button — an outlined full-width button that opens the detailed breakdown for this specific meal.
Filtering meals
Tap the filter icon (≡) in the top-right area of the Meals screen to open the Filter Your Meals modal. You can filter by:
- ▸ Calorie range: 0–300, 300–600, 600–900, or 900+ kcal.
- ▸ Macro profile: High Protein, Low Carb, Low Fat, or Balanced Meal.
Tap Apply Filter to update the list. Tap ✕ to close the modal without applying.
Meal details
Tapping Meal Details opens a full-screen sheet showing:
- 1 Hero section: flame icon + kcal and meal name.
- 2 Macro breakdown: 2×2 grid showing Protein, Carbs, Fat, and Fiber with grams and kcal contribution.
- 3 Nutrition Score: a 0–100% per-meal quality score based on protein, fibre, and fat balance.
Searching meals
Tap the search icon (🔍) in the top-right area of the Meals screen to search across your logged meals by name. The results share the same card layout as the main meals list.
