How to use Awra

Step-by-step guides for every screen in the Awra app.

Create supplement habit

Supplement habits in Awra let you track daily vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements as part of your Nutrition & Fasting routine. Once created, they appear in the Habits list and the Home screen "Due Today" card alongside your other habits.

Opening the habit creation flow

Tap the + icon in the top-right corner of the Habits screen (accessible via the calendar/Log tab in the bottom navigation). This opens the habit creation flow.

Creating a supplement habit

  • 1 Select Nutrition & Fasting as the habit category. This groups your supplement under the nutrition section of the Habits list.
  • 2 Enter a habit name — for example "Vitamin D3", "Magnesium", or "Multivitamin". Use the specific supplement name for clarity.
  • 3 Set your schedule. Most supplements are taken daily — select all 7 days. Some supplements are taken on specific days; select only those days.
  • 4 Set your weekly target — the number of days per week you aim to take this supplement.
  • 5 Tap Save. Your supplement habit will appear immediately in the Habits list and on the Home screen on scheduled days.

Marking a supplement as taken

Each day the supplement is scheduled, it will appear in the Due Today card on the Home screen. Tap the checkmark circle to log that you've taken it. The completion ring on the Habits screen will update.

Tip: Create one habit per supplement rather than grouping them together. This gives you an individual completion ring for each one and makes it easy to see which supplements you're consistently taking.

Viewing adherence history

Tap Habit Details on any supplement habit card to see your 7-day and 6-month adherence history. Consistent supplementation over weeks shows as a high weekly completion percentage.

Examples of supplement habits

  • Vitamin D3 — daily, target 7×/week
  • Magnesium — daily, target 7×/week
  • Vitamin B12 — daily, target 7×/week
  • Omega-3 — Mon / Wed / Fri, target 3×/week

Note on supplement data

Awra tracks supplement adherence as a habit (done / not done), not as a macro or calorie input. Supplement habits do not contribute to caloric balance or macro totals — they appear only in habit completion data.
